As a mother of two boys, I know a thing or two about organisation. I believe in implementing systems and processes in a business, so that everyone is across their responsibilities and nothing slips through the cracks.
I also believe old fashioned customer service goes a long way – and shouldn’t be undervalued.
I take the time to explain the ‘technical stuff’ in a way they are able to easily understand, without getting bogged down with jargon.
I am also a creative, with a background in graphic design. I enjoy hearing the ideas from our clients, listening to their concerns – and helping create solutions that truly represent their brand and add value to their business.
While I have experience across a broad range of creative and administrative roles in lots of different businesses – I have always focused on maintaining the highest level of customer service.
I have worked as a Graphic Designer for several years – as well as a Marketing Assistant, Brand and Communications Specialist and Design Studio Manager.
I have always been the person in the office who keeps the wheels turning. I like to promote workplace culture and events, as I believe a happy office is a productive office.
I can still loosely recite the beer-making process after a stint working as a brewery tour guide.
