This page refers to the Client (you) and Webstudio Group Pty Ltd (Webstudio).

Free Design Concept

Webstudio offers you, our Client, the ability to trial our design service absolutely obligation-free. This means you are under no commitment to proceed with our service. We welcome your design feedback and will revise the design to get it right before building your site.

Your design concept will be supplied along with a Quote for our services. This quote will be for a package of Website Design & Hosting. If you require a quote for Website Design only (if you have your own osting) please advise. Typically the fee to design a website without hosting is equivalent to the Website Design fee plus one year of Hosting, due to the cost-pricing structure and competitive nature of our Website Design fees.

Once you are 100% satisfied with the design concept do we collect a deposit and commence building your website.

Webstudio reserves the right to refuse to prepare a design concept for any reason. Webstudio will revise any design as many times as it deems reasonable, however reserves the right to refuse revisions it deems excessive. Typically 4 or more revisions requires an additional fee which will be quoted prior to carrying out further work.

The turnaround time for a design concept varies from 2 to 5 business days depending on our workload. Should a design concept be required sooner we can provide an urgent turnaround for a prepaid fee of $100+GST subject to availability.

Images, photos and text used in your design concept are for sample purposes only. Final photos and text for each page will need be supplied by the Client.

The design concept(s) created remain the property of Webstudio until payment is received in full from the client. Upon full payment the design may be used by the Client without limitations or additional fees.
